Your Home Away From Home – In Tranquil Luxury. Our retreat is located in a lovingly restored old mill house in Midmar, Aberdeenshire, surrounded by beautiful grounds and gardens. Wake up to panoramic views of rolling hills, ancient woodlands and the Scottish Highlands. Enjoy your spacious private room with a super-king bed, styled in rustic-chic décor.
During your stay, you’ll savor organic meals that fuse Ayurvedic principles with gourmet flair – from the Royal Windsor egg breakfasts, homemade organic bread and yoghurt, to nourishing dinners crafted from scratch (no preservatives, all farm-fresh ingredients). We proudly accommodate dietary preferences with the utmost care. Between sessions, unwind with a book by the fireplace, or stroll our serene gardens dotted with a babbling brook and a quaint pond. What is included in a retreat?
Each bespoke retreat is designed around you. Your experience includes accommodation, hand-crafted meals made fresh from scratch daily, and may also include daily personalised therapies (e.g. Ayurvedic treatments, energy healing, Alexander Technique), private yoga and meditation sessions, nature walks, and access to exclusive healing technologies. After your consultation, we will craft a custom itinerary and retreat proposal that reflects your personal goals and preferences.
Do you offer group retreats or events?
